Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through keylist.ro and the Keylist platform, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Technum SRL, registered at Drumul Gura Făgetului 103-105, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania, tax ID [Tax ID (CUI) to fill in], [Trade Register no. to fill in]. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@keylist.ro.

2. What data we collect

Through the early access form

• your name, company or store, email address and, optionally, your phone number;
• the marketplaces you sell on, the approximate size of your catalog and the message you write to us.

Through the Keylist platform, once you create an account

• your account details and those of the users you add;
• access credentials for marketplaces, invoicing tools and couriers, stored encrypted;
• data from connected accounts, such as offers, stock, prices, orders and invoices. Orders may contain data about your end customers (name, delivery address, phone). You are the controller of that data, and we process it only on your behalf and according to your instructions;
• the activity log: actions requested, changes approved and when they happened.

Technical data

The server hosting the site may automatically record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and operation. The site does not use marketing or tracking cookies.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Artificial intelligence

Keylist uses artificial intelligence models to prepare listings and proposals. The models receive only the data needed for a given request, such as a product's details. Access keys and passwords are never sent to AI models. We use providers that do not train their models on data sent through their API.

5. Who we share data with

• our hosting and email providers;
• AI model providers, strictly to process your requests;
• the marketplaces, invoicing tools and couriers you connect, only when you approve an action;
• public authorities, only when the law requires it.

We prefer providers with servers in the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the EU, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep data

• early access form data: until launch and for no more than 12 months, or until you withdraw your consent;
• account and connected account data: for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete it within 30 days;
• tax documents: for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before then. Write to us at contact@keylist.ro and we'll reply within one month.

If you're not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store connected account credentials encrypted and limit internal access to data. See the Security page for details.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For significant changes, we'll email you if you have an account.
