Your accounts stay yours
You're giving a new product access to your marketplace and invoicing accounts. It's only natural to want to know exactly how they're protected. These are the principles we build Keylist on.
No change without approval
Tools that change something (prices, stock, listings, invoices, shipping labels) show you the exact change first. It's applied only after you press “Approve”.
Protection rules
Set limits: minimum margin, maximum price drop, maximum number of offers changed at once. Anything beyond those limits is blocked, even if someone asks for it.
Encrypted keys, never seen by the AI
Marketplace API keys and passwords are stored encrypted. The AI model never receives them: it only asks for an action, and Keylist carries it out with your key.
Tiered permissions
You can start with read-only access, then enable changes one by one, per account and per type of action.
Full activity log
Every check and every approved change stays in the log: what was asked, what changed, who approved it and when.
Data hosted in the European Union
Data is processed in line with the GDPR. You can ask for an export or deletion at any time, including your access keys.
